Creating a customer organization


Input fields when creating a customer

  1. Name of the Customer

  2. Address of the Customer

  3. Country for the Customer

  4. Press Find to search for your customer’s logo or Upload it if you have stored it locally on your computer.

Customer name is mandatory field when creating a company. Other fields can be added at a later stage after you have created the customer.

Adding a customer logo can help you navigate when searching for a customer.

Search the web for the customer logo by typing in the web address of the customer

Upload the customer logo from your computer

You will automatically enter the created customer after you press save.



As an integrator, it is normal to have multiple customers, and each customer has a different need for solutions in terms of setup components. Therefore, the platform offers each system integrator to create several customers.

  • Start to create a new customer by clicking “+ Create” on the customer box from the dashboard.

Name the organization/customer and click “save”

After creating a new customer, you will automatically be directed to the created customer page. Here you can create patterns, upload backups and run simulations.
