Gives you the option to change required boxes per minute the palletizing solution should reach.

Max Grip

PALLY is made to optimize the number of boxes picked in one lift. Set Here you can set the maximum possible boxes your gripper can handle in one pick, and PALLY will pick the amount of boxes needed in ech each grip to optimize the total palleitzing time. This will override you choice on the front page of pattern creation.

If you set it to Auto; Pally will automatically handle as many boxes as possible per cycle, dependent of box size, box weight and pattern.

Shim paper default height

Shim papers can vary in size. Therefore, you are able to choose this manually. Enter the default height of the paper in mm. This will effect the height of shim papers you add to the pattern.

Left pallet layout

Default lauyout for the left pallet is “mirror” but here you can choose the layout that fits the application.

You can choose Copy, Rotate, Mirror or custom. Custom. (Enable the 3D view for both pallets to see how the left pallet looks like with the different choices)

If your setup does not have a left pallet you can choose NullNone.

Custom left pallet

You can choose to create a custom left pallet that differs from the right pallet.

To edit the left pallet you open “edit” and the choose left pallet. You change the current pallet to left.

Press “Close Settings” and you can now edit the left pallet and still leave the right pallet unchanged.
