Create and administer Customers
As an integrator, it is normal to have multiple customers, and each customer has a different need for solutions in terms of HW setups, etc. Therefore, the platform offers each system integrator to create several customers. We call them accounts in MyRobot.cloud.
A lead account is where you can work with the customer in the sales phase. Create simulations, test different HW setups, etc.
A Customer account is where you invite the customers into their organization, and is where they can upload the Digital twin of the installation, create patterns and programs, and run simulations on their own.
It is easy to generate a customer organization from a lead account. You just press convert and follow the steps. By doing this, you generate a copy of the account, and you can choose if you want to include patterns, products, installed robots, Robot configurations, and Custom grippers.
The subscription for a Lead customer follows the level of the integrator. The subscription of the Customer account follows the purchased subscription by the End user.

Press Find to search for your customer’s logo or upload it if you have stored it locally on your computer.

Search the web for the customer logo by typing in the web address of the customer

Upload the customer logo from your computer

You will automatically enter the created customer after you press save.
Converting a lead account to a Customer account
On the front page of your account, you will see what accounts are Lead and Customers. As you can see in the picture above, a Lead account can be converted to a Customer account.
The subscription for a Lead customer follows the level of the integrator. The subscription of the Customer account follows the purchased subscription by the End user.
As a step in the conversion, you choose who should have administrator access to the customer account. Sometimes it makes sense that only the customer responsible has access to the customer, and this makes it easy to choose.
In the final step, you choose what type of content you copy to the Customer account. This makes it easy to create a clean Customer account without all the simulations, HW configurations, etc, that you used during the sales phase, and still copy what you need, like products, patterns, etc.
You can easily filter and sort your customers by type.
