Pally programs

A Pally program is a complete palletizing program with complete paths from pick towards all target positions and back again to the pick position.

This feature is in BETA phase. Improved version with collision avoidance is in development.

To create a Pally program, you need:

  • Digital twin generated from the installed robot

  • Pally program settings, generated from the digital twin of the installed robot or generated separately in MyRobot.cloud

  • Pattern

By combining these elements, MyRobot.cloud generates a complete palletizing program with complete paths. All the pathplanning happens in MyRobot.cloud. After uploading the Pally program to Pally on the teach pendant, Pally only runs the program with no path planning on the robot. If you experience unwanted paths, you need to recreate the Pally program in MyRobot.cloud.

You can easily create mulitple Pally programs at the same time by choosing multiple patterns in step one of the Pally programs generating wizard.

Step 1. Choose or create new patterns as basis of the Pally program.

Step 3. Choose or generate the Pally program setting to use.

Step 4. You get a summary of your choices, and you give it a name.

After the program is completed, you can download it and upload it to Pally on the teach pendant.
