After you have filled in as many details as possible in the three steps of PALLY Pallet Builder and pressed “Request Simulation”, we will start working on your simulation. Within 1-3 business days we will send you a simulation video of your project. Here you will be able to determine whether or not the project is possible with the specifications you have given us. If you have a more complex project that requires a lot of customization, this may add some extra time on the delivery time of the video, but we are always doing our best to deliver as soon as possible.
