An active Pally Package Plan will give access to developer tech support*.
Other benefits that comes with of the active Pally Package Plan are the Pally Operator Panel and Active are the possibility to upgrade of upgrading Pally, addadding/delete deleting patterns, and change changing hardware. All in allOverall, the subscription paid plan is intended to give the customers the freedom to fulfill the robot's potential of the cobot with Pally , while having the expertise of partners and Rocketfarm assisting assist with their projects.

*The old license has to be permanently removed
*Replacement license not covered for robots that exceed “life expectancy”
