Step 03: Layers

You have now arrived at the final step in the PALLY Pallet Builder. Here you will find numerous options to fully customize your pallet.

Pallet Pattern

Choose your pallet pattern by clicking on the arrows at the bottom of the box or at the red dots below the pallet.

Change layer layout

Click the red arrows below the pallet to change the layer layout. eg. to enable interlocking layers, find a more suitable box layout for the layers.

Edit Stacking

Edit stacking by choosing what sort of stacking pattern you want for the pallet.

Box Padding and Pallet Overhang

If you are logged in you will also be able to edit box padding and pallet overhang.

Metrics

Right above your pallet you will have some basic metrics; how many boxes you have per layer and how many boxes the pallet will have in total.

Once you are happy with your pallet, you can press Request Simulation, Download UR file (.json) or download a Pallet Report.

If you need additional edits on your pallet, you can choose the Advanced Editing button. When logged in, this will bring you a page where you can make more detailed settings for your pallet.
