Q: What features are included in an active plan and what gets deactivated without an active plan?

Answer: A palletizing solution running on the Pally URCap will ALWAYS continue to function. No matter if the licensed robot has an active plan or not. Certain features, services and support will stop working.

Answer: We will support you when the licensed robot has an active plan. If a licensed robot does not have an active plan. Customers/partners can purchase a new plan and we will support.
