Q: Why have you changed your product and pricing structure?
Answer: The new product and pricing model have been introduced to incentivize both Rocketfarm and out Partners to continually deliver value throughout the lifetime of a palletizing solution. The flexible pricing also allows you to offer more customized quotes for both simple and complex projects.
With a plan-based pricing model Rocketfarm is committed to continue to deliver support and product upgrades. If we don’t, our revenue will disappear.
With a plan-based pricing we also increase the revenue our partners can make on selling the plan. Both at installation and years down the road.
Q: What features are included in an active plan and what gets deactivated without an active plan?
Answer: A palletizing solution running on the Pally URCap will ALWAYS continue to function. No matter if the licensed robot has an active plan or not. Certain features, services and support will stop working.
