There are several benefits in having an active Pally Package Plan. First of all it gives accessibility to support. Rocketfarm supports partners when customers have questions or are in need of support for their supported robot. The response time will be within the next full work day (CET time). In addition, it will give customers the possibility to receive a new free license when the old robot becomes obsolete or if there is need for a temporary replacement (will require that the old license gets deleted). An active Pally Package Plan will give access to developer tech support*.

Other benefits that comes with the active Pally Package Plan are the Pally Operator Panel and the possibility to upgrade Pally, add/delete patterns and change hardware. All in all, the subscription plan is intended to give the customers the freedom to fulfill the potential of the cobot with Pally, while having the expertise of partners and Rocketfarm assisting their projects.

*165 EUR/USD per hour to help to identify whether a system failure is caused by Rocketfarm software or other components of the system; if RF/Pally-caused issue then you don’t have to pay. Rocketfarm cannot guarantee that a given bug can be fixed within a certain amount of time.

Pally replacement license:

  • Receive a free new license if the licensed robot needs to be replaced due to robot hardware malfunctioning*

  • If you need a replacement for a robot for a certain amount of time while the licensed robot receives repairs

  • Other general scenarios where you need to replace one robot with another, permanently or for a certain amount of time*

*The old license has to be permanently removed

*Replacement license not covered for robots that exceed “life expectancy”
