Pally is a URCap designed for a flexible, smooth and quick to install solution.
It offers a great flexibility to handle changes in production. After the initial calibration, operators can add and switch between multiple patterns without reprogramming the software. The included intuitive Pallet Builder allows you to easily create the desired pallet layout within minutes. Optimized path planning enables improved speed and smooth robot movements which increase the longevity of the robot.

The Pally Operator Panel (POP) is a user-friendly interactive interface, specifically designed for operators. It is easy to use and shows current pallet data as well as allowing simple operational actions. The Pally Operator Panel is one of a kind, as in no one on else offers an operator panel for palletizing. It something that will distinguish your quote from your competitors.
It is a simple overlay to the Pally URCap that gives your operators the choices they need to do daily operations in the best and most efficient manner.

How to get access to POP
To get access to the POP, your license needs to have Service Package included. The Service Package can be bought for different time lengths. Starting price is as low as 270€/year (300$) and includes much more than just the POP. For more information, please reach out to me.
Please note that from Pally URCap version 2.10 and higher, a new license format has been introduced. If you have a valid Service Package but no access to the POP, please request a new license from us (free of charge).
