There are several benefits to having a Pally Active Plan, as it enables all Pally features. First of all, it provides accessibility to support. Rocketfarm supports partners when customers have questions or need support for their supported robot. The response time will be within the next full work day (CET time).
In addition, customers will be able to receive a new free license when the old robot becomes obsolete or if a temporary replacement is needed (the old license must be deleted).
Other benefits of the Pally Active are the Pally Operator Panel and the possibility of upgrading Pally, adding/deleting patterns, and changing hardware. Overall, the paid plan is intended to give customers the freedom to fulfill the robot's potential with Pally while having the expertise of partners and Rocketfarm assist with their projects.
