How to Order and Request a License

• Step 1: Send a purchase order (PO) to order@rocketfarm.no.

• Step 2: You will get an order confirmation in return.

• Step 3: Create a license request.

• Step 4: Send the license request file to license@rocketfarm.no.

• Step 5: We will proceed your request and return a valid licence. Upload the license to the robot.

In order to provide the license to you, please send the license request file together with our order confirmation number to: license@rocketfarm.no. 

To create the license request, install the Pally URCap on the respective robot, go to the Installation-node > URCaps > Pally > License, insert a USB-stick to the robot and press "Copy license request to USB”.
