Insert or add layer and shim paper
Add new layer
Add new layers if needed. Press the “+” and choose your perferred pattern for the layer and click “Select pattern”. Your new layer will be placed on top of the stack to the left on your screen.
Duplicate top layer
If you’ve added some custom changes to your top layer, you can add more in the same pattern. All you have to do is choose what stacking pattern this new layer should have.

Shim Paper
A lot of projects requires a shim paper. By clicking this button, a shim paper will automatically be added. You can easily drag and drop the shim paper layer to where you want it. Read more about shim paper here.
By pressing the three dots on the shim paper you get the option to either:
Set height
Duplicate
Remove this layer
If you use the custom left feature, you can not have individual number of shim papers on the left and right pallet. You also cannot have individual placements of the shim papers on the left and right pallet. Placement and number of shim papers need to be the same on both the left and right pallet.
