Generating license request and loading Pally license

When pressing “Load license from USB“ and there is a valid license on the USB-stick, the page will change to this (Figure 2):

Valid Pally license is uploaded to the robot

Having issues loading the license from USB?

If you are experiencing that the loading fails, we recommend to try the following:

  1. Restart Polyscope and check if the license works after reboot.

  2. Follow the steps under “Replacing a license” to make absolutely sure that there are no old licenses installed on the robot.

  3. Use an empty USB-stick and place the license file, and the license file only, in the root folder.

NOTE: From Pally URCap version 2.10 and higher, a new license format has been introduced. If you have a valid Service Package, please request a new license from us (free of charge).

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
