Dual pickup simulation

You can now simulate both dual innfeed and dual product mode.

Dual infeed means you have the same product coming in on both conveyors, and they should be palletizing in the same pattern., In this mode, Pally will pick from both conveyors and palletize the same pattern. First the right pallet, then the left pallet.

Dual product mode means that Pally will pick the product on the primary conveyor and palletize that product in the pattern on the right pallet and the product on the secondary conveyor will be palletized in the pattern on the left pallet. This means you have two different patterns, one on the right and one on the left.

Hardware configuration

First you need to create a hardware configuration with two conveyors.

You do this by enabling the secondary conveyor and placing accordingly to how you want it in the simulation environment.

You initiate the simulations as normal and define that you want to simulate with this mode by toggling the Dual Product Mode. This opens up a new screen where you can choose the different patterns for right and left pallet.

If you want dual infeed, where you pick the same product on both conveyors and palletize them in the same pattern, just pick the same pattern on both primary and secondary pattern.
