Simulation Report Downloads
In addition to downloading the Simulation Report and the Pallet Report as PDF, you can now download the URP and Installation files and a generated CAD file (STL format) of the solution.
URP and Installation files
The generated URP and Installation files can be downloaded and installed on the robot. After the uploading the files to the robot you only need to do small changes before starting palletizing!
You should check the following after uploading the files:
Calibration. As the real world might be slightly off the simulated environment, you should fine-tune the calibration points.
I/O’s. None of the Input or Output signals are set in the generated program.
Hardware components. Verify that the generated hardware components are correct. If you use components with 3rd party URCaps, you should install them and follow those guidelines.
Robot as STL
You can now download the palletizing installation as STL to integrate into your factory plan drawings.
Movement Box
On new simulations you can now show the movement box of the robot. This is a bounding box of the total robot motion during the palletizing. The current version of the movement box only considers the robot arm and the gripper attached.
In the next release of MRC we will also include movement box of the boxes, as well as an option to only look at the right or left pallet. The actual values will also be present in the report.
Configure the conveyors side offset
It is now possible to change the Conveyor Side Offset (X position). You can change this by creating a new or editing your hardware configuration, press Advanced and edit the “Conveyor Side Offset” field.
