Box free height

Insert the height at which the box would be free for collisions with objects once it is picked up from the conveyor. This could be the guide line, motor, sensors.

If the checkbox for ‘fixed’ is not checked, then Pally may recalculate another value at runtime. To force Pally to use the specified free box height, please check the ‘fixed’ checkbox.

Approach distance

This is the distance to other boxes on the pallet where the robot would go into reduced mode.

Pallet lip

If you pallet has a lip on it you should enter in the height of the lip. Robot will then move vertically down then placing the first layer.
