The Support Portal is open to all Rocketfarm partners who are in need for support and experience problems. Partners are the first line of contact to their customers.
From Pally 3.0 only installations with an active plan are supported. Please have the serial number of the robot at hand.
If you are not a partner, please reach out to your integrator for help.
Got feedback or encounter a problem? In the Support Portal you have full control over all your submitted requests and it is a effective and easy way for us to provide the best support to you.
