Robot stops with waypoint out of reach
When safety planes are enabled in the Installation, the program may stop randomly with an error message telling that a waypoint is out of reach.
The waypoint is within reach but the program still stops with error
This type of error can occur when safety planes are enabled. The reason is not known yet, but we are investigating the issue.
Currently the following simple workaround is available:
Go to Installation, URCaps, Pally, Advanced, Other
Select the checkbox “Use alternative reach check”
Try this checkbox if you get false alarms about reach issues
