Input/Output - Pallet
Confirm pallet signal: This input signal tells Pally to start palletizing either on the Left Pallet or the Right Pallet. Usually a physical push button, or signal from external PLC.
The signal must go from LOW to HIGH and should remain HIGH for at least 300 msec to confirm a new empty pallet.
If both signals are high at the same time when a product is selected, Pally will start palletizing on the right pallet.
No pallet signal: Notification output signal to the operator. Usually connected to a LED backlight inside the pallet confirmation push button, or signal to a PLC.
Confirm pallet signal not activated: the No pallet signal is blinking at 1 Hz signal (HIGH-LOW)
Confirm pallet signal activated: the No pallet signal output is constantly LOW.
