Pally Back up

Navigate to the following page:

Installation → Pally → Advanced → Backup

Insert USB Stick

Insert a USB Stick into the the Teach pendant or the UR-controller and press the Back Up button. The transfer will take a short moment, depending on how many programs the robot is having.

Back Up

Takes a complete backup of the Pally program and all other programs and URcap’s installed on the robot. This backup is recommended to have saved seperatelly so you can upload it if the teach pendant fails, or something else brakes and you need to restore the robot.

Back Up Configuration

Takes a bakup of the active Pally installation and is a backup designed to create a digital twin in MyRobot.Cloud

Zip-file created

The back up will create a zip-file on the USB Stick with the following format: backup.[YEAR,MONTH,DAY,HOUR,MINUTES,SECOND]

 

What is included in Back Up

  • Pally license for the robot

  • All programs created on the robot

  • All URcaps installed on the robot
