Double box Calibration Box

In many cases you will find that the desired calibration box is smaller in dimension than the gripper, either in the x-axis or the y-axis. The solution to this is to put together several boxes.

Place the number of boxes that will give larger area than the gripper

Measure the total length and width for all boxes placed (in this example two)

Type in the measured values as the Calibration box

Calibrating the pickup position

Treat the two boxes like one box. Place the center of the gripper in the center of the box, for both length and width

Both boxes are also used when the pallets are to be calibrated
